We invite you to invest in a business that aligns profit with purpose.

The total cost of participating in sports, including membership fees, training expenses, equipment costs, and participation in sports events, can be a significant barrier for Norwegian families.

In collaboration with the Norwegian Sports Federation, Supporter.no will develop and provide the fundraising solution "Sports Guardian" completely free of charge to all sports clubs.

The Sports Guardian project aims to break down economic barriers that prevent children from participating in sports while promoting equal access to sports activities for all children.

The term "Sports Guardian" refers to individuals or organizations that provide financial support or sponsorship for a child's participation in sports activities. By supporting a local sports club, you help children participate without worrying about membership fees or equipment costs.

Create joy to sports for all children - become a sports guardian!

The average costs for participating in sports in Norway:

  • 360€ per season for 9-year-olds
  • 960€ for 15-year-olds

By giving just 30€ a month to your local sports team, you can personally contribute to creating sporting joy for a child in your local area.

«NIF greatly appreciates collaboration partners who want to contribute to solving many of sport's small and large challenges. Supporter.no offers a free and user-friendly online shop that helps sports teams to obtain new income, without risk and with significant potential to strengthen club finances in a time that is demanding for all of us. Supporter.no has skilled employees who help the sports teams to get started with the sale of supporter equipment from their online store.

The platform is constantly being developed with new income-generating services. One of the concepts under development is "sports sponsorship", which makes it possible for all supporters to make a earmarked contribution to a sports team, activity groups or individual athletes. These will be valuable contributions in our joint efforts to prevent finances from becoming a barrier to sports participation.»

Norwegian Sports Confederation

The market: Minidrett.no

Our collaboration with the Norwegian Sports Confederation is a clear confirmation that our service has received recognition at the highest level in Norwegian sports!

At NIF, there is a great commitment to ensure that finances never become an obstacle for children and young people's participation in sport, and Supporters have been given a unique opportunity to be a full part of NIF's investment in this regard!

NIF has decided that our service will be integrated on minidrett.no, where everyone with a position of trust in a sports team is registered. This means that all the managers in Norway's 9,454 sports teams, which include almost 1.9 million members, will have the opportunity to create a Sports Guardian campaign directly on their own sports team's page at the Norwegian Sports Confederation!

This gives Supporter.no visibility towards the entire Norwegian market, and sports will have easy access to all the opportunities that our service can offer.

Supporter will now take a giant step forward and be developed to become the definitive income platform for sport. Our goal is to make Supporter the gold standard for revenue generation for anyone running a sports team.

The goal is to create sporting joy for more than

15,000 children by 2027!

The sports guardian project aims to create 1,000 campaigns, where each campaign will engage an average of 15 sports guardians.

It will lower the financial barriers of more than 15,000 children!

In addition, the sports teams will be paid over 5.4 million Euro from Supporter, which they can invest in providing better training for children and young people in their local environment.

Every penny is an investment in the future of our children, and the funds raised are earmarked to lower the financial barriers to participation in sports!

Sports Guardian - an international venture

Sports guradian should not only be a solution for Norwegian sports teams, but be a global provider for sports teams all over the world!

«"Supporter.no really meets a need that many sports teams in Norway are aware of. Obtaining extra income can be difficult, especially for the slightly smaller clubs. With Supporter.no, the clubs get a solution that is both simple and intuitive, which I think will appeal to both those who want to start a fundraising campaign and those who want to support. If the income is used, for example, to cover training fees for children from families with tighter finances, this can break down financial barriers and make sports more accessible.

When it comes to Fanfunding, I see great potential for growth - both nationally and internationally. It is not easy for performers to finance their own investment, especially if you are an "up and coming" or from a big city. Many athletes today use their social media actively, and Fanfunding can be the perfect bridge between young talents and their fans or smaller sponsors."»

«"The Erkeengler Foundation works to ensure that children and young people have the opportunity to engage in leisure activities regardless of background. Financial limitations should therefore not be an obstacle to being able to participate in play and leisure activities. With a desire to continue this work for many years to come, we are completely dependent on getting funds into the foundation in order to have a sustainable economy.

Supporter.no gives us another leg to stand on to secure the funds we need to do our socially beneficial work and is something we intend to use actively in our business. Not only is it easy to use, but there is also no risk for us, which can be a barrier for many. The fact that we share common values and have a goal to achieve the same means that the choice for us is easy to cooperate with Supporter.no and we are very much looking forward to the launch of Idrettsfadder, which is in line with our strategies for the future. Together, we hope that we can contribute to getting "Everyone on the team" and create an arena for play, mastery and joy for many children"»

With the UN's sustainability goals in focus

By promoting physical health, supporting quality education, promoting gender equality, reducing inequalities and fostering partnerships, the involvement of children in sport is in line with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and paves the way for a healthier, more inclusive and sustainable future.

Goal 3 - good health and quality of life:

Sports involvement encourages physical activity, promotes healthy lifestyles and contributes to children's overall well-being. Regular exercise through sports helps prevent obesity, improves heart health and reduces the risk of chronic diseases.

Goal 4 - quality education:

Sports programs in schools provide opportunities for holistic development and supplement the academic education. Physical education and participation in sports strengthen children's cognitive abilities, concentration and general learning results.

Goal 5 - equality:

Sport can help break down gender stereotypes and promote equality. By encouraging both girls and boys to participate in sports on equal terms, inclusion, strengthening and development of leadership skills are promoted among children, regardless of gender.

Goal 10 - reduced inequalities:

Access to sports programs can reduce economic differences and inequalities. By offering equal opportunities for participation, regardless of background, sport helps to promote social inclusion and create a fairer society.

Goal 17 - cooperation for the goals:

Engaging children in sport requires collaboration between governments, educational institutions, sports organizations and communities. Partnerships and collaboration between these actors can create sustainable sports programs that have a positive impact on children's lives and contribute to achieving several sustainability goals.

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

The company seeks an investment of NOK 6m at a valuation of the company at NOK 50m.

The investment will be used to further develop the platform to give sports teams more ways to generate revenue via Supporter, while establishing a team that will work actively to help our users succeed in using Supporter to generate revenue.

After all costs have been covered, Supporter will be left with a net profit of 11.4% before tax of our turnover. Based on our forecast, the budgets for the coming years are:

2024: 165 sports teams * NOK 250,000 = NOK 41,250,000 / 11.4% = NOK 4,702,500

2025: 312 sports teams * NOK 250,000 = NOK 78,000,000 / 11.4% = NOK 8,892,000

2026: 432 sports teams * NOK 250,000 = NOK 108,000,000 / 11.4% = NOK 12,312,000

About 57% of the turnover through Supporter goes back to the sports teams. This means that if we achieve our goals in the next three years, Supporter will have a net profit of approximately NOK 25 million in total, while we will pay a total of NOK 129,532,500 to the sport.
